Canadian Association
for Graduate Studies

A twelve-member Board of Directors is responsible for managing and for establishing the direction and policies of the Association. It is composed of the officers of the Association (President, Past-President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer), four representatives from the institutional members and corresponding members, one representative of the senior administrators of graduate studies, one representative from the graduate student association members, one representative from the federal research-granting agency members and the Executive Director.
