By-Laws

CAGS is a non-profit organization incorporated under Part II of the Canada Corporations Act. The By-Laws of the Canadian Association for Graduate Studies were approved by the Minister of Industry on December 6, 2006. From 1962 to 2006 the Association was a private institution governed by an Executive Committee elected by the members.
